Postage and Handling

Processing Time
Orders are usually ready to post within 2–3 business days. Longer processing times may occur over public holidays, or busy periods.
Selecting Express post at checkout does not speed up our processing time. Express post solely refers to the method in which your order is posted. Please keep in mind that we are located outside of the ‘overnight guarantee’ zone so parcels will take 2+ days to arrive within Australia.
We are only accountable for the time it takes us to hand over your parcel to Australia Post. Any delays once handed over are the responsibility of Australia Post.
If you need your order in a hurry, please make contact via email ([email protected]) to check first. We will do our best to accommodate rush orders where possible.

Order Details
Please ensure you have entered the correct postage details at checkout. Orders are addressed as they are entered on the website. It is your responsibility to ensure details are correct. 

Combining Orders
Black Decal does combine orders for shipping, if you place further orders they will be combined unless the original order is fulfilled and completed. If the order has been completed, a new order will take place.

Postage
All orders are posted with Australia Post. At checkout you will have the option of selecting standard or express postage, unless the special postage rates apply to your shipping zone.
It is your responsibility to check the tracking information sent. If you have any questions in regards to the tracking of your parcel, please call Australia Post on 1800 101 318.
If your parcel is returned to us as it has not been collected, we will be happy to post the parcel again at your expense. We are not held responsible for parcels that are not collected.

Lost Parcels
If your parcel has been lost during transit please contact Australia Post on 13POST. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and a customer enquiry will be lodged.

International Postage
We do post internationally. Most orders from Black Decal are sent internationally.
Please note that Black Decal Co will not be held responsible for extra government taxes, VAT, & charges that may be issued upon arrival into your country. These charges will be additional charges, responsible by the package receiver.
