Returns

Black Decal now offer a 14 day return for change of mind. Your item must be returned unopened to receive a refund of the original purchase price. Why? Because we know things can change.
So, you now have a 14 day quick return for a full refund of the item price less taxes, shipping, and any other charges beyond our control.

Black Decal have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@blackdecal.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll confirm and process instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Incorrect installation, or damage caused during installation are not covered, comprehensive instructions are provided, and video demonstrations covering some products. Professional installation is recommended but not a necessity. If a professional is used, they take on the responsibility of the decal kit. A reputable graphic decal installer will have liability insurance.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on specials, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment option, only the price of the part returned will be refunded less re-stocking and inspection fee, no taxes, fees, shipping cost, duties etc. will be refunded.
All warranty claims for parts shipped by Black Decal Co are via the manufacturer.
All Warranty claims for 3rd party parts shipped by Black Decal Co or an affiliate supplier must be submitted to the manufacturer of the part.
Return shipping and warranty claims are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
